His Excellency Shian Nian, President of People's Republic of China,

I acknowledge the receipt of Your Excellency's message of congratulation on the occasion of eighth anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran and extend my appreciation. It is hoped that by the grace of God Almighty, all deprived and oppressed peoples of the world victimized by colonialist and world devourers take lesson from the bloody uprising of the heroic people of Iran and liberate themselves from their domination.
