I acknowledge the receipt of Your Excellency's message of congratulation on the occasion of eighth anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran and extend my appreciation. It is hoped that this noble Islamic revolution contributes to enlightenment of other Muslims shackled by the domineering Eastern and Western world-devourers and launch a revolution by trusting God Almighty to grant them success to rescue themselves from the trouble.
