Honorable Mr. Rashid Bin Sa`id Al-e Maktoum, Deputy Head of State and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates,

The receipt of your congratulatory telegram on the coming of the auspicious feast of Fitr is acknowledged with gratitude. Reciprocally, I extended my congratulations to you and to the Muslim nation of your country on the arrival of this great Islamic feast. We hope that at the threshold of the International Quds Day, Muslims would announce to the world their aversion and disgust of the crimes and acts of oppression of the world-devouring America and the usurper Israel.
