The receipt of your congratulatory message on the occasion of the New Lunar Year (hijri) is hereby acknowledged with gratitude. It is hoped that in this new year, the Muslims of the world can put an end to the domination of the enemies of Islam, especially the world-devouring America, in the Muslim countries and regain their true independence and dignity by taking inspiration from sacred precepts of the Qur'an and Islam, and under the auspices of unity and solidarity.
