The receipt of your congratulatory telegram on the 9 th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran is acknowledged with gratitude. With this great victory, the Muslim and great nation of Iran demonstrated that through reliance on God, the Exalted, fortitude and persistence, one could attain victory against the greatest satanic powers. It is hoped that this victory based on faith could be a model for the uprising of the deprived nations of the world against the tyrant arrogant powers.
