The receipt of your congratulatory telegram on the occasion of the new Islamic lunar hijri year is acknowledged with gratitude. It is hoped that in this New Year all the Muslims could regain their lost glory under the auspices of the lofty teachings of Islam and virtually cut the hands of the enemies from the Muslim countries.
