From the beginning of the Islamic Revolution up to its victory and from the victory of the Revolution up to now, you have undertaken efforts. You are among the righteous persons whom I love. You are among my religious, sincere and pure friends. You have been my representative to perform all the religious law affairs as per commanded by religion.
