We have received a long scroll of petitions from the local people of Sahr-e Rey- may the Exalted God bless them- for the maintenance of Friday Prayer in that city. Due to the demand of time and the need of the Muslims to more congregations, you are hereby asked to accept this great Divine task and you are hereby assigned to lead the prayer congregation. It is hoped that dear populace of that city will make up the best out of this chance to convene more gloriously with more participation the Friday prayer. I ask the Exalted God for everyone's success. May God's peace and mercy be upon you.
