I appoint you on my side as the commander-in-chief of the armed forces in line with the order fixed by the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran. At this sensitive stage, concentration of power is a necessity which is more important than that during the past stages It is hoped that the affairs of the country and the military and the armed forces will obtain a smooth run by the competency you are is blessed with. I wish prosperity from God for all who are serving the Islamic nation.
