As I sometimes deal with religious law affairs at my place of residence, if you find it appropriate kindly grant me the permission to be in charge of financial affairs, which is pertaining to the competent jurist to be in charge of collecting religious funds, expending them in rightful ways, and to collect the Imam's (`a) Share, «1» expending it for my sustenance and delivering the remaining to Your Eminence.
