Please allow me to state that after arriving in the holy cities I was informed of the death of your father, may God, the Exalted, have mercy on him. Since I have been informed that my telegrams are not being delivered and that telegrams coming from Iran are likewise not being delivered to me I am sending you my condolence in this manner. I ask Almighty God for your continuous success and ask for your prayers. May God's peace, mercy and blessings be upon you.
