There is one issue which you must tell Ahmad; of course you will not forget; tell him: Mr. Muhsin the son of Mr. Shaykh Habibullah Araki has arrived in Qum for sometime but does not receive a monthly stipend from you. As his father has come to me, you are hereby requested to give him a monthly stipend. The mentioned person is supposed to be good and studious. May God's peace and mercy be with you.
