Your Excellency Muhammad `Abdul-`Aziz, Chairman of the Council of the Revolution of the Democratic Republic of Sahara,
I acknowledge the receipt of your telegraph of congratulation on the occasion of the auspicious feast of Qurban with appreciation. Reciprocally, I extend my congratulation to you and the Muslim and brotherly people of your country. You are aware that the Islamic Republic of Iran has been subjected to all kinds of plots just because of its opposition to America that struggles to undermine the Islamic Republic of Iran by resorting to all types of ploys, going so far as to attack the oil fields of Kuwait through the Iraqi regime and with the help of reactionary governments of the region and accusing us of this heinous crime. Our Muslim nation expects the Islamic and progressive countries to support it so that we can better carry on with our proud without dependence on the East and West. I pray to God to grant victory to Muslims of the world over all colonialists, especially the world-devouring America.
