al-Islam Haj Skaykh Muhammad-Sadiq (Muhyiddin) Ha'iri Shirazi-may your graces last,
At the request of the respected people of Shiraz, I appoint you as the Friday prayer leader of the city. God willing, besides carrying out this great duty you will familiarize the people with other duties related to the dear Islam and the revolution of the honorable Iranian nation.
It is hoped that the respected people in general and the grand `ulama' and the revolutionary institutions in particular will take the chance to fully cooperate with you in performing the Friday prayer. I beseech God to grant success to all of you.
May God's peace, mercy and blessings be upon you.
