al-Islam Haj Shaykh `Abdullah Nouri- may your graces last,
Since Hujjat al-Islam Natiq Nouri «1» is preoccuped with the Ministry of the Interior and is not able to efficiently attend to the affairs of Jihad, I appoint you as my representative in Jihad so that by participating in meetings of the Jihad Central Council, you inform me the major decisions taken there. I hope you will carefully supervise the movement of this revolutionary organization and in case of any deviation, you must deal with it decisively. The respected members of the organization are required to cooperate with you when need arises. I beseech God to grant success to all of you in Islamizing this organization more and more.
