I hereby appoint you as superintendent of 15 Khordad Foundation. The foundation is duty-bound to investigate into the situation of the oppressed and deprived people. Obviously, the foundation should accord greater attention to the families of the esteemed martyrs and dear disabled of the war. It is hoped that with the confidence and trust I have in you, the affairs of the foundation will be handled in most efficient manner.
