Victory hinges on God's help
Let me first tell you that I get delighted when I meet you. You are figures that have lent prestige to Islam and the country. Move forward with confidence in your heart and rest assured that the centre of power; that is God Almighty, will help you. Other powers are shallow. Only God's power is lasting and God has promised:" If ye help Allah, He will help you and will make your foothold firm." «1» Undoubtedly, you are helping God Almighty, The Islamic country and Islam. The day when the revolution was launched we had nothing. Our victory was achieved with empty hands. Thank God, we have reached the stage that today we have engaged the attention of all big powers. All powers are contemplating how to deal with this revolution. Rest assured that these powers cannot do anything. Do not let in any concern. You are the Army of God and thus victorious. Those who launched their movement at the outset did so with confidence in heart, without fearing anything. Big powers are not aware of your faith in God and thus constantly say:" We posses missiles." They treasure missiles but lack faith. You have faith and your hearts have been intermingled with the source of light and power, an unbreakable association. However, they do not understand this. You are favored by the Imam of the Age. Since you have faith, power and Imam of the Age, you have everything. Your support is the divine power. You should preserve this support. When we enjoy such a support, we should not fear anything.
Islam and the Islamic Republic being a trust
At present, the Islamic Republic; that is, Islam and this is a big trust which you should protect. Rest assured that you are victorious and taken regard by God Almighty. Victory is when you are favoured by God Almighty, not when you occupy a country. Islam is a trust in our hand and we are obliged to preserve this trust. Today, you are doing an act of worship, your centers are places of worship and in the same way that pilgrims circumambulate the Ka`bah and perform an act of worship, and are also performing an act of worship in your bunkers and fortifications. We are defending God Almighty and Islam and God Almighty and Islam are not defeatable. I pray for you every night. I wish you success. May God protect you under His wing! I hope God would grant you success to serve the people. May you be proud! God willing!
