Your Excellency's congratulatory message on the occasion of the 9 th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution of Iran is acknowledged with gratitude. It is hoped that this noble Islamic Revolution which triumphed by taking inspiration from the exhilarating teachings of Islam would be a model for all the deprived and downtrodden nations of the world and through such method of struggle against the arrogant powers of the world they can deliver themselves from the arrogant powers' domination.
