After extending my sincere regards, I have to commend you on establishing the religious institute called Chahardah Ma`soum (`a) in Isfahan with the help of the venerable preachers of Isfahan (may their graces last) under Your Eminence and a number of gentlemen's supervision. In the present circumstances when torrents of secularism have endangered the Muslim countries and our youth, our cultures cannot resist it, and they are negligent of proper training along with the teaching, the existence of such institutes is one of the most useful services to Islam. I hope God Almighty will make you and other gentlemen more successful than ever in advancing Islamic causes. May God's peace, mercy and blessings be upon you.
