As for the lottery ticket that was written, the" deal" is void and the wealth that is gained through it is unlawful and must be returned to their original owners. In case they could not be located, assume it as property with unknown owner. For detail, refer to the Risalah-ye Tahrir al-Wasilah, where I have written in detail about this.
