After praising (God) and offering salutations (to the Prophet and his pure progeny (`a)), it is hereby confirmed that His Eminence Thiqat al-Islam Mr. Haj Aqa Shah Muhammad Husayn Misbah, may Almighty God always assist him, is my representative in Wazirabad in the district of Kabul and Sari Cheshmeh and Farakh Ism" and Geroun Devar the district of Meydan of the vicinity of Kabul, in collecting the blessed Share of the Imam (`a) and other religious funds. He is also authorized to spend one half of the blessed Share and the whole of other funds in the religiously prescribed cases and deliver the other half to this humble servant to be spent at the significant religious seminaries, and give the receipts of payment to the payers of the funds. Would the respected residents pay their funds to him and for him to act as it was said above, by the will of Almighty God, he will be clear from obligation and be rewarded.
" And I advise him, may God, the Exalted, assist him, as we have been advised by the pious predecessors to keep company of piety, to evade carnal desires and to be meticulous in his worldly and afterworld affairs. I hope he will not forget me in his benevolent prayers." May God's peace, mercy and blessings be upon him and our pious brethren.
