After praising (God) and offering salutations (to the Prophet and his pure progeny (`a)), be it known to all the faithful of the villages of Naziran Mirzaran; Khalifah; Dahan Takeh Ghal; Manjougak; Koulehgak; Khakak; Dahan Manjou; Surkhakak; Divkan; Dahan Noudi Kandi; Sar Takeh Ghal; Qash; Dahan Now Miyaneh; Pushteh Manjou; Dahan Nouqiyaq; Sar Nouqiyaq; Bikh Sang; Dahan Divalak; Chebel; Wajou; Beyg-`Ali `Awliya; Beyg-`Ali Sufla; Dahan Jouherzareh; Jouy Surkh; Jumleh-ye Pusht-e Lourha; Dahan Chahar Asiyab; Boum An; Sar Chahar Asiyab; Minar `Awliya; and Minar Sufla, that His Eminence Murawwij al-Ahkam Mr. Shaykh Husayn Jan Wa`izi, may God always assist him, is my representative in the financial and religious law affairs which requires the permission of a fully-qualified jurist with the observance of caution, and in collecting the blessed Share of the Imam (`a) whose one third is to be spent in the prescribed religious cases while the other two-third to be remitted to this humble servant, and the receipt of payment is to be given to the payers of funds. He is also authorized to allow the payers of the funds to give themselves the Sadat's Share to the poor and pious Sadat.
Be it known that the above-mentioned areas were previously in the name of Mr. Sayyid Husayn Jan and from now on they have been transferred.
