In case he did not accept that case for prayer and fasting, tell Aqa «1» to act as follows:
Order dollars, German marks or Swiss francs to be brought and sent to Mr. Namaki in Tehran, at Sina's Inn, and order him to send it to Muwaffiq Sa`di to be given to Mr. Khalkhali. «2» Mention this issue also to Mr. Haj Sayyid Muhammad-Rida Gharawi and Mr. Haj Sayyid Muhammad `Ali, the son of Mr. Haj Sayyid Muhammad Sadiq. «3» Another way is to send them to Kuwait for Mr. Haj Sayyid Isma`il Behbahani. At any rate, inform me of whatever amount is given so that I can keep the fasting and prayer.
