Concerning the issue that had been written I must say that it's not that I have confirmed such an amount; rather, since the mentioned institutes will be managed and not in need of your permission I wanted to tell you not to give permission. «1» Some individuals had written that you have permitted more rather than the amount you have written. I have neither confirmed nor refuted it. I do trust and have confidence in you. Anyway, the intention has been warning and reminder. I hope for your benevolent prayers. May peace be upon you.
