Mr. `Abdullah Islami, may God, the Most Exalted, safeguard him:
I have received your esteemed letter, and would like to state that all your previous letters have been answered. In connection with the incident in Mina, «1» I had no news of the gentlemen's fate for some time, but was relieved to know of their safety, thanks to God. But the incident itself is regrettable. Please suspend contributions to the Sadat until further notice. The conditions here are most harrowing. I beseech God to rectify matters. Please do not forget me in your benevolent prayers. May peace be upon you.
