Honorable Dr. Jalil Darrabi:
As you are already informed, the corrupt illegal ambassador, a supporter of the treacherous Muhammad Rida Pahlavi, who is usurping in charge of the Iranian Embassy in the United States, «1» is not ready to give up his mischievous attempts even after the dethroning of the Shah and his escape from Iran. But the honorable employees of the Iranian Embassy in Washington and Iran's consulates in various cities of the United States in accordance to their legal, religious duty have not accepted him. Hence, you, Messieurs Dr. Tabataba'i, Rida Sadr, Ahmad `Azizi, and Shahriyar Rouhani, with the cooperation of the clean employees who are interested in Islamic, national dignity and honor, are deputed to take charge of the Iranian embassies and consulates and preserve the documents and papers which belong to the Iranian nation in an appropriate manner. Of course the respectable employees will cooperate with you and the delegation under your supervision.
