I hereby express my gratitude to all the respectable gentlemen and dear students residing abroad, who took efforts in protecting embassy documents during the rule of the former tyrant government. Now with the coming to power of Mr. Bazargan's Provisional Islamic Government, it is necessary that the appointment of ambassadors and other embassy staff be carried out under the supervision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the aforementioned government, and that the respectable gentlemen support them. In case of any mistakes, in the appointments, you may contact the Minister of Foreign Affairs «1» or me for rectifying them.
