You are hereby deputed to attend the Islamic Revolution Courts set up in the holy city of Mashhad and other cities of the Khorasan Province and to supervise the rulings issued there, and to assume the position of the religious judge of those courts. I beseech the Almighty God for the continuation of your success. May God's peace, mercy, and blessings be upon you.
