Your Eminence is hereby appointed as the religious judge in the Islamic Revolutionary Courts of Mahallat township and the adjacent cities in order for you to be present at the Revolutionary Courts and enforce the decree of the sacred religious law as per the amnesty decree dated mid-Sha`ban 1399 AH. I pray to God, the Exalted, for Your Eminence's success.
