Your Eminence is hereby appointed as the religious magistrate of the Revolutionary Court of Karaj, who in the absence of the previous religious magistrate, will attend to the outstanding files of the accused, and issue and implement the relevant religious verdict with reference to the amnesty order dated mid-Sha`ban 1399 AH.
