The honorable citizens of Bazaar District in Shahr-e Rey (May God assist them),
I received a scroll signed by a large number of gentlemen, approved by a number of Tehran `ulama'. The scroll demanded your Eminence Haj Shaykh Muhammad-Baqir Rafi`i to come here to put up congregational prayer at `Abdul`azim holy shrine. Upon negotiation, he is supposed to admit the invitation. I hope the honorable citizens take the chance to appreciate him. I pray God Almighty for success of you all. May peace and Mercy of God be upon you!
