The opportunities you have would serve you to travel to the countries wherever they are residents. The possibilities at your disposal would enable you to uplift their difficulties in whatever way you presume good. You supply their shortages in consultation with the people acquainted with their conditions. I hope that with the help of God and the cooperation of the people there, you will render the job to the best ability at this sensitive juncture. Obviously, the Iranians and the Irani students will extend cooperation to you conceiving the seriousness of time. I wish success for all from God.
