Liberation of Nouwsoud City after taking back the heights adjacent to it by committed, pious and brave combatants of the army, Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC), gendarmerie, and our other dear combatants is an eye catching victory arousing the Iranian nation's appreciation.
Convey also my thanks and appreciation to all mujahids of Islam in the fronts of the imposed war and defense for Islam and the dear motherland, particularly the ones that liberated Nouwsoud.
This victory, the ones in the future and in the past, despite all arms and munitions provided for the enemy by the superpowers and their allies is the victory of faith and Islam over disbelief and the victory of humane values over `taghout' (Satanic forces).
It reminds us of the advent of Islam when believers commanding little arms and munitions, but armed with strong will and faith in God, gained victory over the disbelievers, who were heavily armed with the day's weapons and backed by the Satanic forces.
Discipline and integrity need to be observed to maximum level among the combatants of Islam. Difference of opinion that would result in irresolution, should be avoided, since Mighty God's Hand is with the masses and with solidarity.
Your combatant brothers achieve victories in war fronts and your dear brothers behind the fronts and the brave nation throughout the country spot and introduce the hypocrites and large groups of other corrupt rightist and leftist figures to the disciplinary forces and the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps( IRGC )so that they refer them to the revolutionary courts.
I hereby appreciate the committed and brave nation and hope that by this divine method these «2» leftovers of the U. S. would very soon receive their fair punishment for the crimes and the Iranian nation would get rid of them.
I hereby call on the revolutionary courts to treat these corrupt people that destroy the lives and property of the people by observing Islamic justice and with revolutionary resolution and apply the Qu'ranic verdicts to them. Do not heed the nonsensical hue and cry of the ones that do not yield to Islamic codes, since observing the Islamic codes of punishments and lax-talionis would guarantee the sound existence and the system of the country. Lenience and negligence in this matter would be similar to having mercy on a sharp-teethed panther.
Meanwhile, just as the committed nation that loves the Islamic Republic is urged to identify and introduce the saboteurs and corrupt conspirators to the concerned officials and if need be help the revolutionary guards and the police, the armed forces of the country are obliged to hand the devious ones to the commanders. The commanders are obliged to refer them to the court so as to investigate, purge and punish them. This is a warning to all commanders; violators will be called to account. Worthy of note is that since Saddam sees his downfall approaching, he has resorted to a naive trick and some of his supporters have also pursued the same line. He says that the holy month of Ramadan is the month for performing prayers, that fighting in it is forbidden and that a truce is necessary.
He and his American friends do not know that the holy month of Ramadan is not among the" forbidden months «3»". Saddam launched the war against us in one of the forbidden months «4» and none of his supporters raised any voice in objection. Today, we are in a defensive position and defending the motherland is one of the greatest acts of worship.
The Iranian nation knows that our armed forces are engaged in the greatest act of worship. Our armed forces need to know that the noble Messenger of God( s )fought against disbelieves in the Holy Month of Ramadan.
I pray to Almighty God for the victory of Islam against disbelievers and hypocrites.
May God's Peace be upon the virtuous servants of God.
