The unpleasant news of the earthquake of Kerman which in itself is another test for the righteous servants of God, affected our tormented people. In cooperation with the clergies of Kerman- may God assist them- you should make ever effort and take necessary measure to meet the requirements the honorable and fighting people of this place as soon as possible and provide with the accounts of the events so as to make the necessary decisions. Obviously the government, the brothers in the army, the revolutionary guards and other institutions will carry out their Islamic and human duties.
Extend my greetings and condolences to the bereaved families of the earthquake-affected people in the region.
May God grant us victory in the face of recurring tests.
