Mr. Khalid Bin `Abdul-`Aziz, king of Saudi Arabia,
I received your message in which you have expressed your congratulation on the occasion of the auspicious feast of Fitr with pleasure. ReciprAocally, we extend our congratulation to your Excellency and to the Muslim and brotherly people of Saudi Arabia on this great Islamic celebration. It is hoped that Islamic countries and nations will be under the banner of unity so as to cut off the evil hands of the enemies of Islam and Muslims, especially the world-devouring America from the Islamic countries and to restore their lost glory.
