In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Praise be to God the lord of the worlds, may peace and salutation be upon Muhammad and his pure progency, and may God's curse be upon all his enemies.
His Excellency Sayyid al-A`lam wa Thiqqat al-Muslimin Aqa Sayyid Mustafa Dhu'l-Qadr- may his success last- is authorized on my behalf to take charge offinancial affairs and collect religious dues which are pending on the permission of qualified Faqih during the greater occultation. He is permitted to spend the sadat's share as prescribed and to spend two-thirds of the holy share of Imam- may God's peace be upon him- on personal expenses and spreading the sacred Sharia.
" I advise him- may God help him- to what our righteous predecessors have done to, abide by piety and to eschew carnal desires."
May God's peace, mercy and blessings be upon him and upon our faithful brethren.
