Verily we are from God and unto Him shall we return
With utter grief and sarrow Hujjat al-Islam Martyr Quddousi joined his martyred friends. «1» He was a dear martyr who rendered service to Islam for many years. His recent struggles in the way of the revolution are clear to all. For many years I had acquaintance with him and known this great person as pious, upright, resistant and committed to the cause. Felicitations on him for his martyrdom which aimed at getting him out of darkness into light. It is a road that must be traversed, a journey that must be taken. One had better sip the cup of martyrdom and proudly attain God's proximity while serving Islam and the noble Islamic nation. This is what the saints of God aspired after and demanded from their prayers.
May the martyrs of the revolution enjoy the savor of martyrdom particularly our recent martyrs, who joined eternity at the criminal hands of the most detested evil elements, thus bringing pride for Islam and disgrace and hatred for the gruelling enemies of the honorable nation.
I would like to express my condolence and congratulation to the Iranian nation, Qum Theological Seminary and the armed forces on the martyrdom of the prosecutor general of the revolution, and colonel Wahid Dastjardi, «2» head of the police force, who were on duty, and endowed with this divine gift. I beseech the Exalted God to grant them mercy and their esteemed families patience their respected families. Shame on those who think that by these iniquities they can discourage the honorable Iranian nation, which has risen up to establish Islamic justice, from fighting against infidelity and cause it to succumb to the superpowers. Do these blind-hearted defeated men not see that the mothers, fathers, children and wives of these martyrs take pride in their martyrdom just the heroes of early years of Islam, standing against all events like a mountain. It appears that they have been driven to insanity out of intense despair. Since they see them having been outcasted by the Muslim nation, they are taking revenge from the Iranian nation.
I beseech God to guide the beguiled youth and to defeat the Godless leaders.

May God's mercy be upon the recent martyrs of Islam. God's peace be upon those who follow the right path.
