I hereby appoint you as the commander of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps «1» in order to carry out, with full commitment, all responsibilities delegated to you, and fully cooperate with other armed forces. Obviously, the Pasdars (guards) must follow the commander and try hard to preserve independence and order. I wish you success in this matter.
