[Your Holiness the Great Leader of the Revolution and the Founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces,
As per article three of the Constitution, the appointment of commanders of the threefold forces rests with the authorities of the leader based on the propositions of the Supreme Defense Council. Having considered all aspects, the council, suggests the following change in profession and the appointment of officers of the air force as follows:
1. Colonel pilot Jawad Fakkouri, commander of the air force of the Islamic Republic of Iran at the location of the joint chief of staff of the armed force of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
2. Colonel pro tem controller Shekari (Muhammad Hasan-Pour) substitute commander of the air force of the Islamic republic of Iran at the location of the commander of the stated force.
