As regards the subject you have pointed out, while confirming your case, I have recommended time and again and, God willing, from now on I will remind others of it at the right time. It is hoped that your Excellency will be diligent and successful in propagating the holy law, rectifying the affairs of Muslims and the theological seminaries and remember me in your prayers.
