Praise be to God, the lord of the worlds and peace and salutations be upon Muhammad and his pure progeny, and God's curse be upon all his enemies.
His Excellency Thiqqat al-Islam wal-Muslimin Aqa Sayyid Husayn Mousawi Sarhaddi- may his successes last- who devoted part of his life to studying religious disciplines is permitted on my behalf to take charge of financial matters, collect religious funds and spend sadat's share in his own locality. He is also permitted to spend half of the blessed share of Imam- peace be upon him- as prescribed and for propagating the sacred Sharia and send the other two-thirds to me to be spent in the theological seminaries- may God protect them.
" I advise him- may God assist him- to what our pious predecessors have to abide by piety and to refrain from the carnal desires". May God's peace be upon him and our faithful brethren.
