Your Excellency `Ali Nasr Muhammad, Secretary General of the Socialist Party and the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Democratic Republic of Yemen,
I acknowledge the receipt of your telegraph of congratulation on the occasion of the auspicious feast of Qurban with appreciation. Reciprocally, I extend my congratulation to you and the Muslim people of your country. Now that the Islamic Republic of Iran has been subjected to all kinds of plots just because of its opposition to America, which is playing hardball to overthrow the Islamic Republic of Iran, and has gone so far as to hit the oil fields of Kuwait through the Baathist Iraqi regime and the help of reactionary regional governments and accusing Iran of this heinous crime, our Muslim nation expects the Islamic countries to support it so that we can better carry on with our peaceful way of life without dependence on the East and West. I pray to God to grant victory to Muslims and oppressed people of the world over the colonialists, especially criminal America.
