Your Excellency General Suharto, President of the Republic of Indonesia,
I acknowledge the receipt of your telegraph of congratulation on the occasion of auspicious feast of Qurban with appreciation. Reciprocally, I extend my congratulation to you and the Muslim people and brothers of Indonesia. You are aware that the Islamic Republic of Iran has been subjected to all kinds of plots just because of its opposition to America that struggles to use all kinds of plots to wipe out the Islamic Republic of Iran going so far as to attack the oil fields of Kuwait through the Iraqi Baathist regime and the help of some mercenary governments and is now accusing us of this heinous crime. Our Muslim nation expects the Islamic countries to support it so that we can better carry on with our peaceful way of life without dependence on the East and West. I pray to God to grant victory to Muslims of the world over colonialists, especially the criminal America.
