Your Excellency Shaykh Shajari, President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria,
Your message of congratulations on the occasion of the auspicious Feast of Qurban was received and we appreciate it. Reciprocally, we extend our congratulations on the great Islamic feast to you and the brother nation of Nigeria. I wish success to all of you in gaining real independence and victory over the internal and external enemies of Islam. I hope you understand our current situation and the plots of the enemies and their widespread propaganda against us and the Islamic Republic. The main enemy of Islam, namely the criminal America and other world-devouring enemies from the East and West have gone so far as to attack Kuwait's oil fields through the Baathist regime of Iraq and are now brazenly hold us responsible for it. You should be aware, defend our oppressed against these accusations and help us to promote Islam and defend our dignity and independence.
