In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Praise be to God, the Lord of the worlds, may God's peace and salutation be upon Muhammad and his pure progeny, and His curse be upon all their enemies.
His Eminence Hujjat al-Islam Sayyid Hasan Nasrullah- may his graces last- is authorized on my behalf to take charge of the financial affairs, collect the religious funds and to spend the expiation alms and the poor-rates for religiously prescribed cases. With respect to the two blessed shares, he is also authorized to take and spend them for his expenses in an economical way; and to spend half of what has remained on the great sadat- may God increases their like- and on propagating the sacred can Shariah on and return the other half to me.
`And I admonish him, may God Almighty assist him, as we have been admonished by the pious predecessors to keep company of piety, to evade carnal desires and to be cautious in his worldy and after-world affairs. I hope he will not forget me in his benevolent prayers. '
