I acknowledge the receipt of your telegraph of congratulations on the new lunar year with appreciation. Reciprocally, I extend my congratulations to you and the Muslim brothers of your nation on the new lunar year. I hope you will pay heed to the important issues taking place in the region. It is hoped that you will not refrain from protesting and condemning such heinous acts committed by Iraqi Ba'athist regime that raids residential areas, scientific and health centers and innocent civilians with missiles day and night. This is the least duty an individual Muslim can do. Do not forget the prophet who said" He who hears a man calling O, Muslims help me, and does not respond to him, is not a Muslim." «1»
