I acknowledge the receipt of your telegraph of congratulations on the new lunar year with appreciation. Reciprocally, I extend my congratulations to you and the Muslim brother of Yemen on the new lunar year. I hope in this critical situation where the enemies are devouring the Islamic countries from all directions, Muslims will not be indifferent to the crimes taking place in the region and protest and condemn such hideous acts committed by Iraqi Ba'athist regime that raids residential areas and innocent civilians with missiles day and night. This is the least an individual Muslim can do. Do not forget the prophet who said" He who hears a man calling O, Muslims help me, and does not respond to him, is not a Muslim." «1»
