I received your telegraph of congratulations on the new lunar year with appreciation. Reciprocally, I extend my congratulations to you and the Muslim brothers of Algeria. I hope that in this year the world Muslim, with more unity and complete insight, can save themselves and the oppressed people of the world from the hegemony of the aliens, especially the criminal America, and put a stop to the crime that, unfortunately are committed in the name of Islam by the mercenary regime of Iraq which everyday and night raids innocent civilians in our border cities with missile and bombs. There should be no more indifference to the crimes ordered by the superpower America and committed by mercenaries such as Saddam who have sold their souls. I pray to God to save all Muslims and all oppressed people.
