Praise be to God the Lord of the worlds, may God's peace and salutation be upon Muhammad and his pure progeny and His curse be upon all their enemies.
His Excellency Thiqqat al-Islam Shaykh Haydar-`Ali Jawadi- may his successes last- who devoted part of his life to acquisition of religious sciences, is authorized on my behalf to collect religious funds and the blessed shares, to spend the sadat's share in their locality, to spend half of the Imam's share- peace be upon him- on spreading the sacred Shariah and to send the other half to me to be spent on the sacred theological ceremonies- may God protect them.
`And I advise him, may God Almighty assist him, as we have been advise by the pious predecessors to keep company of piety, and to evade carnal desires. '
