The respected Supreme Judicial Council and the respected Prosecutor General of the Islamic Revolution,
Lastly I have been informed that some irresponsible individuals, probably from deviant groups and sometimes from the officials. Contrary to Islamic and legal regulations transgress on the rights and property of respected people and take the liberty of dividing their property and confiscating their money. They sometimes raid houses without a religious or legal warrant and arrest people, and if they wanted person is not in, they arrest the family members of him. And at time, for some reason, they smear the image and reputation of individuals. In so doing, they viloate the judicial authorities of the Islamic Republic. The Inspectorate General of the country is required to attend to this issue in a speedy way and to report to the judicial authorities. In case there are any complaints or grievances lodged with the public prosecutors, attend to them. Punish individuals or groups guilty of such illegal and anti-religious acts after proving their guilt. It is necessary to inform me of the above-mentioned issues.
